The insider's guide to everything sparqcode

Local business owners routinely cite word of mouth as their most effective method of customer acquisition. Social media marketing (e.g., Twitter / Facebook / Foursquare / Yelp / Gowalla) is like word of mouth on steroids, but most small businesses do not have the time nor technical expertise to leverage them effectively.

We are pleased to announce our latest product launch as reviewed on TechCrunch dubbed Social Media in a Box that takes care of the daunting task of managing the social media footprint for small businesses.

For a small business it could be as simple as entering in their business name, address, and print the pdf that we generate and put it up for display.  Basically what we do is combine our technology with the integration of the most relevant and popular social media services for each establishment.  As different social media services emerge, we will automatically update our back-end to support the latest social media service without the need to change the physical displays that we generate.

We launched our pilot last week with over 700+ stores in the Seattle area (Bellevue, Queen Anne, Fremont, Ballard, Capitol Hill, Westlake, Pacific Place, Pioneer Square, Pike Place Market, Waterfront, University of Washington District, ..) that include a wide spectrum of businesses from small independent restaurants to franchises such as Jimmy John’s, Red Mango, Emerald City Smoothie, Quizzno’s, Mod Pizza, Domino’s Pizza, Subway and others.

We have been gathering some very interesting data on SPARQCode (QR Code) adoption in the market and we will be sharing those results soon.
